Heavy-duty software engineering, from an institution that thinks in decades. We forge utilities, not apps — infrastructure built to outlive administrations and hold steady under fire.

    Case Studies

    Built to outlast.

The kind of work we are built for: systems that have to hold up under real load, real audits, and the occasional change of government. A look at the shape of what we deliver.

    Software for Public Contractors

We do not pour concrete. We build the software the people who do run on: platforms for the contractors and agencies behind public clean energy and construction programmes. Bid management, compliance, and project accountability that survives audit, procurement scrutiny, and a change of administration.

    From the Lab

Products we build and run ourselves.

We do not only deliver. We conceive, ship, and operate. These are the products that prove the doctrine, built on our own time, for the futures we believe in.

    Sprauwt.

    Financial Agent

An accountant for ₦ per month.

A financial agent for the multi-currency life. Where retail finance apps sell a prettier ledger, Sprauwt ships a thinker. It notices when 38% of your spend is dollar-billed against naira income, that your 4% savings rate is −18% real once Nigerian inflation is priced in, that ₦142,000 of this month is tax-deductible. Local beachhead: Nigerians, then diaspora, then anyone earning in one currency and spending in another.

    • Charges for the intelligence, not the UI.
    • NDPR + GDPR aligned from day one.

    Clinical Care OS

Less paperwork. The rest of the practice follows.

A multi-tenant operating system for clinical care, FHIR R4 native. The wedge is an ambient AI scribe that materially compresses chart time. Clinicians earn the platform's way in, then the practice expands into scheduling, billing, claims, and the patient app on the same rail. Six portals under one white-labelled shell.

    • FHIR-native data layer.
    • Multi-tenant from the query key up.
    • Built for African healthcare, where the wedge is real.

    In the Field

    Shipped, live, and holding strong.

What we ship for the institutions and operators we work with, from web3 settlement to clean energy and clinical trials, in markets traditional consultancies tend to miss.

The bridge between currencies and chains.

A web3 exchange built for a client moving value across crypto and fiat rails. Custody-aware, compliance-first, engineered so every settlement is provable and the bridge never silently fails.

Trial-ready teams, before the first patient.

A clinical-trial training platform for the companies that run them: Pfizer-class sponsors and the CROs they work with. Standardised, auditable certification that gets sites and staff trial-ready ahead of enrolment.

    What we work within.

    How we start

Most teams find out what's broken six months in, usually the hard way. We'd rather show you in ninety minutes.

Before we touch a line of your stack, a senior engineer sits with it. You walk away knowing exactly where it'll break, what each fix really costs, and a written architecture you can act on, whether you build it with us or not.

    01·Diagnosis

Ninety minutes, one senior engineer, your real system on the table. We name where it'll break, map what depends on what, and put an honest number on the unknowns. It's $500, and you get it back the day you commission the build.

    02·Architecture

We lay your options out and tell you, in writing, what we'd choose and why. You keep the same working document we'd hand our own engineers, even if you decide to walk.

    03·Build & hand-off

The people who diagnosed it are the ones who build it. No quiet hand-off to juniors once the ink dries. When we're done, it's entirely yours: the code, the infrastructure, the runbooks, and the notes we kept along the way.

Engineering team collaborating around a shared table

    · Talent & Community

    Our engineers aren’t “resources.”

    They’re the whole company.

    The Peculiar Standard

We don’t really hire off the open market. We grow our own. Everyone who carries our name earned it on real projects, beside senior engineers, under the kind of pressure you can’t fake in an interview. By the time they ship to you, they ship to a standard that holds up anywhere in the world.

    01

    Built in-house, start to finish

The people who scope your project are the people who build it and stand behind it. No bait and switch, no quiet hand off to an offshore team you never agreed to.

    02

    We teach by doing

Juniors learn shoulder to shoulder with seniors on work that actually ships. The gap closes through real stakes, not workshops or contrived exercises that prove nothing.

    03

A global bar, held from Lagos

We hold ourselves to what London, Singapore, or Washington would expect — and we ship to that bar from Lagos and Canada. The standard is the standard, wherever the work lands.

    04

We know the ground we build on

Patchy connectivity, unreliable power, real scale. We have shipped into all of it, and we build systems that thrive inside those constraints rather than pretend they are gone.

    The Stand

    What we hold ourselves to.

Most consultancies make claims they cannot enforce. We commit to terms we can defend in front of a regulator.

    01
    Escrow

    Code escrow on every engagement.

Source, build pipeline, and infrastructure as code held in third party escrow from day one. If we disappear, you do not.

    02
    Warranty

    Architecture warranty for 24 months.

We stand behind the architectural decisions we recommend. If the system does not behave as we said it would, we fix it on our own time.

    03
    Continuity

    Senior continuity, contractually.

The engineer who designs your system is the one who builds it. No reassignment to juniors after the contract is signed. It is written into the SOW.

    04
    Conflict

    No two competing parties, ever.

We will not work for two competing institutions in the same market within the same calendar year. The exclusivity is not negotiable.

    Counter-signed in every engagement letter

    Where ambiguity ends.

Certainty, delivered — no layers between us. Talk directly to the engineer who will build your system.
